Friends of ANCHOR has been invited to join the charity line-up for Run Garioch 2024 - and our race shoes and red tees are at the ready!
Spaces are open now for the event, which will take place on May 12th, and we're delighted to be able to offer our fundraisers a free race space for a 5k, 10k or half marathon.
Junior races are also on offer for anyone aged 4-12, and for anyone who'd like to pledge to raise £100 in sponsorship, we'll gift your space, with training tips, a fundraising pack and red tee to support you along the way.
'Something for everyone'
Erica Banks, head of communications at Friends of ANCHOR, said: “A great running event offers something for everyone, and the format of Run Garioch does just that, with kids races right through to a half marathon. This is a challenge with real heart, all about supporting the local community and third sector. We’re so pleased to be coming on board as an official charity partner for 2024.”
