What to expect...

We have partnered with the clinical team in the ANCHOR Outpatient and Day Treatment Department to produce this short film on what to expect when you visit Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for chemotherapy or intravenous infusions.

Arriving for treatment

This short video is a virtual introduction to the Outpatient and Day Treatment Department within the ANCHOR Unit at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, where you may attend if chemotherapy or intraveneous infusions are part of your treatment plan.

Please note this video will not replace your pre-assessment appointment with your medical team, which will go ahead as planned.

Watch for a tour of the treatment area, how to find the department, and FAQs.

Once you arrive at check-in for your appointment, you will be asked to complete a short respiratory health questionnaire. To view the questions, please tap the button below. You are welcome to print this form at home and bring it with you, or you can simply preview the questions in advance.
