Last year saw our biggest beast yet, with 140 muddy participants donning their red tees for Friends of ANCHOR. If you fancy wading through bogs, wiggling under fences, and taking the plunge in the freezing cold loch, then this challenge was made for you!

We are in the unique position that every penny of your pounds raised goes directly to the cause. No costs deducted for the fundraising team salaries. Nor for any administration costs. Neither is there a percentage taken from your donation for the running costs involved in operating the fundraising office.

Since the charity was founded in 1997, every penny of these running and administration costs have been fully covered by Balmoral Group. With all these expenses taken care of, your money is freed up to make a direct difference in the lives of cancer and haematology patients throughout the North-east of Scotland.
