Wellbeing support worker - Permanent [full time]

The wellbeing support worker is an essential role within the charity's Wellbeing Team, delivering compassionate care for patients to supplement their clinical care.

We are looking for a caring, hardworking individual who is keen to learn and work as part of the wellbeing team to provide a high standard of patient-centred care.

The successful candidate will be extremely organised and able to work under pressure in a busy environment.
